Investment Team
The investment team has many years experience of investing in unquoted companies. Before making an investment, we must obtain approval from the VCT Board, mainly comprised of independent, experienced business and professionally qualified directors. After an investment has been completed the team maintains regular contact with the management of the investee company helping them achieve their growth targets and the VCT's eventual exit. Post-investment monitoring and liaison is facilitated by the proximity of our offices and executives to the Northern based companies in which most unquoted investments are made.

Barry Anysz is a graduate of the University of Leeds. After twelve years with 3i plc, he established Capital for Companies in 1983, which was acquired by BWD Securities plc (now Rensburg Sheppards plc) in 1988. He is a director of Rensburg Aim VCT plc. André Winter graduated with a chemistry degree from the University of Oxford. He joined RSIM in 1998 as Investment Director at its Liverpool office.
