A Disciplined Approach

We adopt a disciplined approach to investment. The process is managed by three distinct groups:

• The Asset Allocation Group This meets monthly to determine overall investment strategy and asset allocation.
• The Stock Sector Group This is responsible for our stance in UK equities and has responsibility for our stock and sector selections.
• The Collective Investment Committee This reviews the range of alternative investments available and provides information and guidance to the investment managers.

Regular internal meetings mean that information is shared between portfolio managers and analysts. Your investment manager uses this information to manage your portfolio in line with your objectives.
